About content
|
The Business Correspondence Guide Book is devoted to simple
business letter writing and contains about 300 English-Russian
equivalents of standard phrases, sentences, and related words,
which are generally accepted units of professional commercial
vocabulary. The material falls into 2 basic parts. The first
one covers mostly etiquette formulas, i.e. opening salutation,
apology, gratitude, congratulation, etc. The second includes
some samples of standard simple business letters (enquiry,
quotation, order, order acknowledgement, covering letter) and
related phrases. The intuitively clear hierarchical menu allows
finding any entry of interest in a few seconds.
Note: use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or newer).

Entries presentation |
Each entry is presented in two variants: English original and
Russian equivalent. The majority of phrases can belong both to man
and woman - those phrases are given in dark gray color font.
However, some phrases in Russian language can belong either only to
man or only to woman. You'll find such expressions in the Guide
Book colored in blue and red correspondingly.
For example:
I agree with you. |
Я согласен с Вами.
Я согласна с Вами. |
